There isn't much question in my mind that there are 42 Presidents that can be ranked for greatness or quality, in almost any order. We could argue till the cows come home as to who is number one, twelve, thirty or forty-two. But, what can't be argued in the two that rank 43rd and 44th. History is going to have a pretty tough call on that one. Maybe the fact that one can prove he was born in the United States could be the tipping point. Go ahead RANK EM.
