Despite my desire to celebrate to some extent the comeuppance that President Soetoro and his cronies got the other night, I'm still filled with the realization that it wasn't only the Democrats who are to blame for the mess this country is in right now. The devastation of the economy, the lack of moral compass, the loss of so many good jobs, the banking crisis, the bailouts and even the stimulus are all the result of both parties, their leaders and the destructive policies they put into place. Socialist President Soetoro has done his best to turn our country into a Marxist State but, thankfully, the voters, the commonsense citizens of America have repudiated him and his policies. Time will only tell if this country can be salvaged and we can get back to some form of the America many of us grew up in. The country of promise, of imagination and excellence may or may not be able to be saved but it behooves us all to try. The election on November 2nd was a starting point. It's up to us to keep it going.
